However, Pro License Keys purchased on our site grant access to automatic software updates, premium features, and priority technical support. License keys are strictly for individual or agency usage as specified in your purchase tier and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.
3. Digital Delivery Policy
All products sold on yeasinwp.com are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment processing by Paddle.com, you will instantly receive an email receipt along with your download links and Pro license key.
You may also access your purchased files and manage your active license keys at any time by logging into your account dashboard on yeasinwp.com. No physical items will be shipped.
4. Support & Updates
Customers with an active Pro license key are entitled to technical support and automatic software updates. Technical support is provided exclusively via our official email: hello@yeasinwp.com.
Support covers plugin installation issues, feature operational bugs, and general guidance regarding the product. It does not cover custom code enhancements, third-party plugin conflicts, or third-party web hosting environment errors.
5. Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our code. We offer a 14-day technical money-back guarantee if our software fails to perform as advertised on a standard WordPress environment and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
