As a Full Stack Web Developer based in Bangladesh with 8+ years of experience, I am committed to delivering zero-spaghetti code and high-performance bespoke solutions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and a reliable working relationship.

All WordPress plugins and themes created by Yeasin are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. This means you are free to use, modify, and distribute the software.

However, Pro License Keys purchased via Paddle are for the purpose of receiving automatic software updates, premium features, and priority technical support. License keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed illegally.

Customers holding a valid, active Pro license key are entitled to priority technical support and automatic updates. Support is provided exclusively via our ticketing system and the official support email: support@yeasinwp.com.

Support covers issues related to plugin functionality, installation, and bug fixes. It does not cover bespoke customizations, third-party plugin conflicts, or general WordPress training unless explicitly agreed upon through a separate consulting contract.

We stand behind the quality of our code. However, if our digital products do not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, we offer a refund policy. Since payments are handled by Paddle, all refunds are processed in accordance with their guidelines.
